Qualifications Required
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or in a similar business development role. - Excellent command of written and spoken English. - Strong proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong internet connection and access to professional workspace.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences. - Manage and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information. - Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email and professional social platforms. - Schedule discovery calls and meetings between prospects and the sales team. - Prepare performance reports on lead generation activities and outreach effectiveness. - Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
