WorldJobs started in 2026, in a time when the world of work was changing rapidly.
Mass layoffs, the rise of AI, and an increasingly uncertain global economy left many people displaced, while at the same time, businesses struggled to find the right talent. The system was no longer working the way it should.
We saw a deeper problem.
