WorldJobs is a technology platform only that facilitates:

• Job seekers accessing employment opportunities
• Employers posting job opportunities

We are not:

• An employment agency
• A recruiter or hiring party
• A party to any employment contract

All hiring decisions are solely between users.

3. No Guarantee

We expressly disclaim:

• Any guarantee of job placement
• Any guarantee of candidate selection
• Any assurance of job accuracy or legitimacy

Users engage with the platform entirely at their own risk.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information
• Update information promptly
• Not impersonate any person or entity

4.2 Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding login credentials
• All activities under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

5. Subscription & Payments (Job Seekers)

5.1 Fees

• Subscription fees apply to premium services
• Pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice

5.2 Billing

• Recurring billing applies unless cancelled
• You authorize automatic charging to your payment method

5.3 No Refund Policy

• All payments are strictly non-refundable
• No refunds for unused periods
• Exceptions only where required by Singapore law

6. Employer Obligations

Employers must ensure:

• Job listings are accurate and lawful
• No discrimination in violation of applicable laws
• No scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading offers

WorldJobs reserves absolute discretion to:

• Remove listings without notice
• Suspend or ban employers
• Report unlawful activity to authorities

7. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Upload false, defamatory, or harmful content
• Harvest, scrape, copy, or extract data
• Reverse engineer or interfere with systems
• Use bots, automation, or AI scraping without permission

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. Content License

By submitting content, you grant WorldJobs a:

• Worldwide
• Non-exclusive
• Royalty-free
• Transferable license

To use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for platform operations and marketing. You warrant that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• Content does not infringe third-party rights

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with:

• Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA)
• Our Privacy Policy

You acknowledge that:

• Data may be transferred internationally
• Absolute security cannot be guaranteed

By ticking the agreement box when you register or manage an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy on behalf of that organisation. Where you also tick the marketing consent box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from WorldJobs, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

10. Third-Party Interactions

WorldJobs is not responsible for:

• Employer conduct
• Job legitimacy
• Salary payments
• Employment disputes

All dealings are strictly between users.

11. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless WorldJobs, its directors, employees, and affiliates from:

• Any claims arising from your use of the platform
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

This includes legal fees on a full indemnity basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldJobs shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income, profits, or opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or system interruptions

Total liability is strictly limited to:

• The amount paid by you (if any) in the last 3 months

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided:

• "As is"
• "As available"

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for purpose

14. Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate access:

• Without notice
• For any reason, including suspected misuse

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

15. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, and technology remain the exclusive property of WorldJobs. You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Commercialize

Without written consent.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to:

• System failures
• Cyberattacks
• Government actions
• Natural disasters

17. Variation of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before litigation, parties agree to:

• Attempt good faith negotiation for 30 days

We reserve the right to require:

• Mediation or arbitration in Singapore
